Eyalinda Peralta

Bringing a wealth of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping people, Eyalinda Peralta is a warm, approachable and dedicated member of the Property Management team at Belle Property Canberra. With a background in aviation and firsthand experience as both a tenant and property investor, she brings a balanced perspective and a strong understanding of the importance of trust, communication and genuine care in managing property.

Before entering real estate, Eyalinda spent seven years in the aviation industry with Regional Express and Virgin Australia, progressing to the role of Flight Attendant Line Trainer, where she mentored and supported new crew members. Working in a fast-paced environment strengthened her communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, along with her ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. She brings these qualities to property management, taking pride in providing responsive service, practical solutions and positive experiences for both landlords and tenants.

Originally from the Philippines, Eyalinda has lived in Newcastle, Cairns, Melbourne and Brisbane before making Canberra home. Her diverse experiences have shaped her empathetic nature and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Having experienced the rental process from both sides, she understands the different needs and expectations of property owners and tenants, approaching every situation with patience, fairness and a willingness to listen.

Proud to be part of Belle Property Canberra, Eyalinda was drawn to the brand's strong reputation and values. Driven by a desire to continually learn and challenge herself, she is focused on building a long-term career in real estate while delivering the high standard of service Belle Property is known for. Outside of work, she enjoys hybrid fitness training, combining running and strength workouts, as well as reading, travelling and taking on new challenges that push her beyond her comfort zone.
