Focused on the facilitation of a seamless, positive experience at every step of the holiday let process, May’s tasks include general and pre-booking enquiries, managing channels for multiple booking sites, coordination of maintenance and housekeeping, system and process workflows, and a wide range of administrational duties. She also provides valuable ongoing support to the Escapes Concierge to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a successful holiday let business.
