Raised in Rozelle, Kimberley brings a genuine passion and local insight to her role as Leasing Consultant at Belle Property Annandale. Having spent over 20 years in the Inner West, she knows first-hand what makes the area so special — from its charming village feel and vibrant café culture to its easy access to the city and relaxed, community-driven lifestyle.

Before joining the Belle Property team, Kimberley built a strong foundation in property management across Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Her experience in this diverse market has equipped her with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.

Now back in her home turf, Kimberley is thrilled to be helping clients find their perfect Inner West home. Her deep connection to the local area, combined with her professional experience and approachable nature, makes her a valued member of the Belle Property Annandale team.
