Hockingstuart was the first agency to publish its properties for sale in a magazine format, the first to conduct auctions on Sundays, and the earliest adopter to recognise the power of the internet and launch the cutting-edge online property alert in 2001. Did you know that Hockingstuart was also the first brand to install night lights on signboards?
Embracing the rapidly progressing world of technology, Hockingstuart launched an industry-first suite of digital marketing tools in 2017, changing the way that customers interact with properties online. This allowed buyers to virtually furnish the property that they're looking to make their next home and even virtually renovate the existing kitchen to their taste, allowing clients to dream big.

In 2019, we made our boldest move to date. We merged with leading boutique brand Belle Property; a strategic decision from both businesses to build on and combine the superior real estate services of two great Australian brands.
Founded on an alignment with the Belle lifestyle magazine, Belle Property is Australia’s leading boutique real estate network specialising in superior customer service and premium outcomes at any price level.
In 2021, Hockingstuart launched into NSW, opening an office in the largest coastal town in the Shoalhaven region in Nowra. Hockingstuart is now part of a strong national network of 120+ offices across two brands spanning the eastern seaboard of the country.

Hockingstuart has a proud association with the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation since 2017 and enjoys participating in the annual Connor's Run event to raise much needed funds for brain cancer research.
