Belle Property and Hockingstuart celebrate their Victorian high achievers
On Thursday 4 August at The Park in Melbourne, leading real estate brands Belle Property and Hockingstuart celebrated the exceptional achievements of their Victorian offices and agents at their annual state awards night.
Held in-person for the first time since 2019, the ceremony saw a wide range of awards given out across the categories of sales, property management, customer experience, auctions, administration and business development.
In the sales agent category, the award for highest transactions went to Lisa Roberts from Belle Property Carlton and Melbourne, with Mal McInnes from Belle Property Blairgowrie awarded first place for GCI. In the agent team category, Team Andy Nasr from Belle Property St Kilda took out first place for GCI with Hockingstuart Melton’s Team Damien Spiteri placing first for transactions.
In the property management category, Hockingstuart Epping was announced Leasing Team of the Year, with Julie Elder from Hockingstuart Preston awarded Property Manager of the Year.
Belle Property Albert Park, Carlton and Melbourne were a collective stand-out in the multi-office category, placing first for both GCI and transactions. While both our Dromana and Armadale Belle Property offices enjoyed plenty of success on the night, with Dromana winning the award for highest GCI, and Armadale leading on the greatest number of transactions.
Dromana also took out awards for Customer Experience Sales Office of the Year and Property Management Team of the Year, with Principal Grant McConnell named top sales director for GCI. Meanwhile, Armadale was strong in the auction category, receiving both the office and individual auction awards, with the latter going to Principal Andrew James, who also carried off a second award for the highest number of transactions as a sales director.
At the same time, Belle Property South Melbourne’s Stefan Joannides was a stand-out in the business development category, carrying off the Business Development Manager of the Year awards for both transactions and value. While Kylie Smith from Belle Property Geelong and Torquay was named Administrator of the Year.
