About the role:
The role of a sales associate is to actively work alongside an experienced lead agent to assist with lead/ buyer nurture, database management, prospecting and facilitating the sale of properties. You will assist in building long-lasting client relationships built on a rigorous communication plan that should exceed the customer's experience expectations. There is also the opportunity for growth within the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead/ buyer nurture and database management
* Handling/responding to phone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
* Assisting with open homes and private appointments/ inspections
* Open home buyer callbacks
* Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door-knocking
* Attending regular skill and systems training sessions as part of our pathway training program
* Assisting and learning from the Lead Agent with ad-hoc sales duties
The successful candidate will have:

* A self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Computer literacy and keyboard skills of a high standard
* Immaculate presentation and positive attitude
